ADS-B position data The Aviation Herald received from KL-1247's transponder are not conclusive. The ADS-B position data received from KL-1933's transponder indicate the aircraft entered runway 36C correctly via taxiway W10 before commencing its takeoff roll. KL-1093 did not transmit ADS-B position data on their transponder signal. Quelle: AvHerald

I'm also a KLM Pilot and what happened here was very dangerouse and fortunatly there were no casualties.
That point of Schiphol has been a problem point for quite some years as 6 taxiways come together at that point. I thing the weater played some role but the biggest was probably the workload at that point. At the intersection of taxiway A and Q you are swiched over from ground to tower and it's a short way from there to W10 where you have to line up on the runway causing a high wokload and a split cockpit. One reading the checklist and doing RT and probably also the cabin to check if the cabin was ready therefore not looking outside. He probably just looked outside the seccond before take off was initiated. So there was no overvieuwing the pilot taxiing which because of the high workload and possibly bad visible cues do to the weather made also a mistake but the other one as explaien above had no time to see this and correct it
Die Kernaussage bezieht sich darauf, dass die Piloten im Wesentlichen wegen des Arbeitsaufwands und der schlechten Sicht diesen Fehler verursacht haben?
