Mal was anderes:

5.12 The State conducting the investigation of an accident or incident shall not make the following records available for purposes other than accident or incident investigation, unless the appropriate authority for the administration of justice in that State determines that their disclosure outweighs the adverse domestic and international impact such action may have on that or any future investigations:
a) all statements taken from persons by the investigation authorities in the course of their investigation;
b) all communications between persons having been involved in the operation of the aircraft;
c) medical or private information regarding persons involved in the accident or incident;
d) cockpit voice recordings and transcripts from such recordings; and
e) opinions expressed in the analysis of information, including flight recorder information.
5.12.1 These records shall be included in the final report or its appendices only when pertinent to the analysis of the accident or incident. Parts of the records not relevant to the analysis shall not be disclosed

“The black box that is there is the cockpit voice recorder which recorded the spoken exchange between the pilot and co-pilot because we have the transcription of the last 30 minutes of this flight in its entirety.
During the first 20 minutes, the two pilots’ conversation was completely normal, and even in a manner that one could call playful, like normal pilots on a normal flight, so, nothing out of the ordinary.
Then we hear them preparing the briefing for their landing in Duesseldorf, and the replies of the co-pilot seemed laconic.
Then the pilot asked the co-pilot to take command of the plane, I repeat, we hear the pilot asking the co-pilot to take command of the plane, and at the same time the noise of a seat reclining and the door opening and closing.
One could legitimately infer that as is reasonable he had gone to answer a call of nature. At that moment the co-pilot was alone at the controls. It is then that the co-pilot uses the flight monitoring system button to put the plane into descend mode, I repeat, the pilot is in lone control of this Airbus 320, that the pilot is pressing the buttons of the flight monitoring system to put into action the descent mode.
The action of altitude selection could not be anything but deliberate. The action of altitude selection could not be anything but deliberate. Then we hear several calls from the captain demanding to be let into the cockpit. This is done via an intercom with a screen, you can say he showed himself, he identified himself, but there is no response from the co-pilot. He knocked to be asked to be let into the cockpit, and there is no response from the co-pilot.
We could hear human breathing inside the cabin, and this breathing noise we heard up until the moment of final impact. The means that the co-pilot was alive. We could also hear the contacts from the control tower in Marseille for several times but no response from the co-pilot.
The air traffic controllers then ask for the transponder code, the 7700, and there was no response, which means that this plane had now become a priority over all other planes for a potential emergency landing.
The control tower even asked other planes to contact this Airbus by radio and there was also no response.
The alarms were activated to alert the aircraft of its proximity to the ground. At this moment we hear strong, violent knocks, almost as if to force the door open.
I remind you this is an armoured door according to international norms to protect against potential terrorist actions. These alarms meant to alert the aircraft were activated. Just until the final impact we could hear the noise of a first impact on a slope.
I remind you that the plane glided over a slope before it crashed at 700 kilometres/hour (435 miles/hour) on the mountain. I also remind you that there was no distress or emergency message like a mayday, mayday, mayday, was received by the air traffic controllers. I repeat, that no distress or emergency message like a mayday, mayday, mayday, was received by the air traffic controllers. There was no response to several appeals from air traffic controllers.
The most plausible and probable interpretation for us is that the co-pilot, by a voluntary abstention (deliberate refusal), by voluntary abstention, refused to open the door to the cockpit to the flight captain, refused to open the door to the cockpit to the flight captain, and activated the button to start descent.
I remind you that in the last eight minutes this aircraft went from close to 10 to 12,000 metres of altitude, around 30,000 feet, to almost 2,000 metres altitude from the mountain that it crashed into, that was around 2,000 to 2,100 metres.
So he activated this button to initiate loss of altitude (descent) for a reason that we completely ignore today but that can be analysed as an intention to destroy the plane.”

" "Ne, danke alles gut, ich hab hier schon ´n Kaffee das reicht mir""You have control""I have control" "Bis gleich ich beeil mich" Das findet keinerlei Erwähnung.

Warum wartet man zehn Minuten?
All our thoughts are with the families and friends of the victims of the horrible crash of the A320 registered D-AIPX.
The crashed airplane, operated by Germanwings, flight GWI18G, was flying a scheduled route from Barcelona (Spain) to Düsseldorf (Germany). According to information from the airline, there were 144 passengers and 6 crew members on board.
After 2 days the investigators blame already, co-pilot Andreas Lubitz, for crashing the A320 aircraft on purpose.
Yes, maybe Andreas, was a sick man with suicidal ideas, maybe he was just ill. Maybe, Maybe.
But one thing is sure, the Germans and his colleagues did not find abnormal behavior during his frequent skills and flight tests.
Yes, maybe the doctors did advise the man not to fly because he was ill, or another medical reason.
It could be that he felt himself better again and did not need medical care anymore. We don’t know anything, we are only guessing about his situation. Was his illness like that that he needed to report that to his employer?
How should Andreas Lubitz make his money? By not flying?
Often at low cost companies, starting pilots like Andreas (600 hours total time only) are only paid when they fly. They fly because it’s their hobby and their dream.
They MUST fly to earn their little money they get as co-pilot.
Those young pilots fly almost for free, in order to become captain, for that they need to have 1.500 hours.
If they don’t fly, there are so many other young pilots in the queue waiting to replace those who don’t fly!
Don’t forget the big loan Andreas Lubitz maybe had to take to become a pilot of around 100.000 euro or 150.000 euro. Maybe had to pay off!
But, who are we to judge?
Yes indeed there is a cockpit voice recorder that can indicate some and give some information.
But are we sure?
On the website of the French bureau of investigation, I could not yet find a description or recording of the cockpit voice recorder. What are they hiding?
Since the "introduction crash of the airbus 320 flight by wire”, (26 June 1988, when it was flying over Mulhouse as part of an air show), the airbus 3XX’s has a big crash record.
Why?
The philosophy of this aircraft is: “avoid pilot error by computers”. Computers and their adaptors are error free? !
Maybe in other words; we don’t need pilots, they are too expensive to train, and we need only observers!
The introduction of the airbus fly-by-wire system replaced the conventional manual flight controls of an airbus aircraft with a computer interface.
The movements of this plane’s flight controls are converted to electronic signals transmitted by wires, and flight control computers determine how to move the actuators at each control surface to provide the ordered response. The fly-by-wire system also allows automatic signals sent by the aircraft's computers to perform functions without the pilot's input, as in systems that automatically help stabilize the aircraft, or prevent unsafe operation of the aircraft outside of its performance envelope.
After almost 30 years there are still bugs in the computer software and frequent updates are still needed to improve to software.
The Airbus aircraft is perfect in ideal conditions and on the drawing board. Almost No Pilots needed.
Pilots are sometimes even bored during flights, or fall asleep when the captain or air-control is not talking to them or as assumed during this flight, doing his daily requirements on the toilet. In Crew Resource Management courses we emphasize, warn and train about fatigue and sleep situations.
We also discuss situations that pilots have to fly an aircraft with an unknown other pilot.
This can be a difficult situation especially if they dislike each other. E.G. one did eat a lot of garlic the evening before or more severe.
The white captain can or will not cooperate with a Negro pilot or visa versa.
Or the Arab pilot will not fly with a women pilot.
Or the Islamic pilot and Jewish pilot will not fly together.
What do you think of an Indian pilot and a Pakistanis pilot, or an American pilot flying with a Mexican pilot?
These are only a few examples, but it’s not far from reality to find some more reasons.
Yes an airbus has almost No need for Pilots, but flight AF447 crashed too. This was for a part, due not well-trained pilots for situations when the computer does not work.
But even if they want and are trained, they cannot do anything anymore. Pilots are humans, who can fly an aircraft, and are not computer programmers.
A simple (computer) input-adapter on AF 447, did not function or gave wrong information to the computer, during icing conditions, causing a loss of appreciation of what is happening with a loss of control resulting in a crash.
(This known probe problem was not solved!)
Other situations in the A320 flight are still possible.
Was co-pilot Andreas Lubitz conscious (we assume he was breathing, but you can breathe if you are unconscious)?
We all know that a 2000 ft./minute descend to a lower level than fl. 380 is a very normal descend rate for such an aircraft. He did not stop the started descend at a lower level, was he conscious? Could he do something?
If he was suicidal, and wanted to crash the aircraft on purpose, why not stalling or spinning the aircraft or a steep descent of more than 10.000 ft. /minute over its Vne (never exceed speed)?
Why not playing with a plane, as last fun for dying?
Yes, we cannot judge this at this moment! Maybe when the investigation becomes public we know something more. Let’s hope they don’t hide the truth!
Is this still the result of 9/11?
Yes, because from then on we started with closing cockpit doors.
If the wrong ones are into the cockpit, what can you do?
Could co-pilot Andreas Lubitz not stop the started descend, and could he not re-open the cockpit door for other reasons?
Had he brain attack (maybe due less of oxygen at fl. 380)?
Did he let enter a wrong person in the cockpit, thinking it was the captain?
I think it’s too easy to blame the dead.
And even if Andreas is the man who is to blame, the way it’s published is shameless towards his family and friends.
They are also missing their beloved!
What if, it’s a construction or maintenance failure to blame to airbus or to Lufthansa’s maintenance department?
Should the French-German industries go towards a bankruptcy?
Will thousands of people become unemployed?
Taking thousands of suppliers with them to a new economic crisis in Europe?
What if all A320 orders will be canceled and airbus have to pay back the pre payments for ordered airplanes, due significant errors in its concepts?
Well dead pilots cannot talk but don’t blame them so quick and easily.
It is easier to blame dead pilots than living investors!
(Psychological) checks?
Most of the pilots did it once. Every year a pilot does obligatory (often not paid by his employer) Crew Resource Management Training. This is a special training focused on a human behavior. The use of this training started already after the Tenerife crash in 1977, where human behavior was the major cause of the accident.
Pilots do at least twice a year having a skill test where CRM (human behavior) is assessed and judged. Unwanted behavior will normally be discovered very quickly. All other aircrew is doing also proficiency and CRM training and tests.
So please don’t blame the pilots. Don’t we have to blame the industry and the governments or maybe our system?
If you want to become a doctor, you invest 15.000 and you become doctor for live. (The government pays most of the education).
If you want to become a professional pilot, you have to pass all kind of medical and technical tests, and invest 150.000 Euro (frozen ATP) for having a beginner’s license for learning to fly.
Where after „low cost companies", abuse low hour pilots to fly towards the needed 1500 hours. Before that, starter pilots are paid peanuts.
The beginner’s license (called frozen ATP) is valid for 6 months only, where after the pilot has to restart expensive training and checks.
In the USA (FAA regulations) a “second pilot in command” also named first officer, (like Andreas) needs to have at least 1500 hours of flight experience before an airliner can employ him. Andreas had only 600 total hours.
In Europe you get a „frozen ATP” (only written test done) as Andreas had, with +/- 100 hours of flight experience. Say who is really to blame!
The Europeans are always degenerating the “easy USA regulations” while EASA (Europe) found out the expensive “frozen ATP concept”, often abused by low cost companies.
Consider this too!
Who is giving a young 27 year old starting pilot, the responsibility over a 97 Million dollar aircraft with 149 other people on board?
Who is responsible too? The captain who leaves the cockpit, the operator?
I think that our society and our system is to blame, not Andreas only!
Aren’t we all chasing cheap flights?
A big improvement in safety could be:
Better trained and paid pilots. Exams checked by independent governmental examiners!
Training universities paid by the governments as for doctors or scientists etc. in order to avoid impossible study loans.
Realistic transport prices.
Etc.
