Lovely scenery...and such a capable aircraft...or is it the pilot! :jubel:
So bring'em on...we want to see more of those.

You're welcome! It certainly isn't the pilot...

Flightscenery's stuff is great... It is a shame they didn't release more... :tears:

Well...Andrew, where are you from?
I hope you don't mind me asking....and where did you learn to read, write and (...I guess...) speak German like that?

If my English was only have as good as your German...I'd be as high as a kite! :thumb:
(Ahm...is it OK to use "to be as high as a kite" to show how happy one would be....?)

Magic, I don't mind you asking at all and thanks for the compliment... :D

I was born in Bolton, a town near Manchester in the North of England...

I learned German at school, in Kent in the SE of England (we moved there when I was 4 years old). I've been speaking German on and off for around 27 years in all, seeing as I am 38...

I've been living here in Göttingen since 1999, when I moved in with my girlfriend (still together...) and work in the University Hospital here...

"As high as a kite" is often used in reference to drug use... but I understand what you mean! :D
"I'd be over the moon" is a little less controversial...

Cheers

Andrew

Ok, Andrew...I'd be over the moon....!

Speaking of moon, I noticed your last name, and it reminds me of a member of my favorite band..."The Who"....
John Entwistle...and (back to the moon...) Keith Moon.
(Both are no longer amongst us.... )

So you hail from Bolton....as in Bolton Wanderers?
(That is as far as it will go with my knowledge about UK footbal...)
Later you moved to Kent...hmm...I think I've never been there, though I once did a tour from Oostende to London, in a truck...so I might have been in Kent, afterall....
Well...to cut a long story short, the 2 only vibrant memories I have about the UK are my vistit to RAF Waddington an a trip to London.

It's about time to pay another visit to the Imperial War Museum.... :thumb:
